2009 Ticket Sales
Tickets for the 2009 Cornwall Film Festival will be sold exclusively through the box office of the Phoenix Cinema, Falmouth.
Tickets are now on sale and may be ordered by phone or by visiting the box office.There is a 50p per ticket charge for phone bookings.
Box office hours are:
Mon-Wed, 4pm to 10pm
Thur-Sun, 11am to 10pm
From Saturday, 7 November, box office hours will be 11am to 10pm every day.
For the best deal, Weekend and Day passes are available. Or you can order single-event tickets for any of the screenings, workshops or lectures.

| IMPORTANT NOTE: Weekend Pass and Day Pass holders will need to obtain reservations for the screenings and events they wish to attend. These reservations may be made at the time of pass purchase, or at any time prior to the event or screening on presentation of the pass -- subject to availability. Note that there is a charge of 50p per event when booking by phone. |
Complimentary Tickets for Filmmakers: If you submitted a film you will receive a single, non-transferrable ticket to see your film for free. You will be required to sign in at the information desk at the Festival. Complimentary tickets are not available prior to the Festival.
Shuttle Bus
There will be a 25-seat bus operating a shuttle between the Phoenix Cinema and UCF Woodlane during the following hours:
Saturday, 9am to 3pm
Sunday, 11:30am to 2:30pm
A donation of 50p per journey would help cover costs.

The Phoenix Cinema
The Phoenix is a centrally located, newly refurbished 5-screen cinema with the latest in comfort and technology. The Phoenix will host the majority of our screenings together with the opening and closing parties. Events commence on Friday, 13th November at 4:30pm and run until 10:15pm on Sunday, 15th November.

UCF Woodlane Campus
The University College of Falmouth, Woodlane Campus is a 10-minute (0.6mi) walk from the Phoenix. (Map). The Woodlane campus will host workshops, one-to-ones and most lectures, as well as exhibitors stalls and tables. The Refectory will offer refreshments on Saturday and Sunday until 4pm. The Dogbite Film Crew will also have their equipment set up here.
We are using three locations at Woodlane: the Lecture Theatre and Classroom Seminar A (map ref: 8) and the Refectory (map ref. 13). Events at Woodlane commence on Saturday, 14 November around 10am and continue through the evening of Sunday, 15 November.

National Maritime Museum
The National Maritime Museum Cornwall (NMMC) will host Screen Actions on Friday, 13th November, from 10am to 5:30pm. Activities will take place in the Sunley Lecture Theatre, Seminar Room A and the Waterside Cafe.

UCF Tremough
The Tremough Campus of the University College of Falmouth is hosting Board Shorts at 8pm on Saturday, 7th November in the Stannary Bar.

Creche, Salvation Army, Brook Street
Thanks to a grant from the Co-operative Fund, low- to no-cost childminding will be available Saturday, 14 November, 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, 15 November, 12:30 to 4pm. Rainbows Creche, an accredited, insured mobile childminding service, is offering their services at the Salvation Army, Brook Street, just across the road from the Phoenix Cinema. Children from 1 to 7yrs only. There is no charge, although a donation of £2 per child per hour is suggested for those who wish to contribute. There will be a maximum limit of 10 children at any one time.
Grabbing a Bite
During the day at Woodlane we encourage you to try the Refectory.
Light meals are available at the Phoenix bar.
For a late-afternoon or early evening repast of delicious light snacks and soups, the Festival has made special arrangements with the Courtyard Deli to open on Saturday, 14 November, from 4:30 to 8pm. Proprietor Lynne Pollard will devise a special, abbreviated menu just for the Festival weekend. The Courtyard is located at 2 Bells Court in Falmouth, a short stroll from the Phoenix Cinema (enter Bells Court from Market Street opposite M&S). And Skinner’s Brewery, a Festival sponsor, has promised to provide a sampling of their fine Cornish ales to enjoy with dinner.
